Terrific advice. It's why I still try to great as many people as possible on the Ben's Friends Support Network. That interaction is what got me hooked in the first place. I loved making people feel better in a small way. It's what I enjoy the most, so I keep doing it every day.

Developers stop coding, and start managing resources and budgets. One day, you look up from your computer monitor and ask yourself “Is this really what I want to be doing?”"
